Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Beautysbay.com.
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Shipping: Ship the items back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at sales@escentuall.com within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
